RESOLUTION
Impeaching Pamela Jo Bondi, Attorney General of the United States, for high crimes and misdemeanors.
Resolved, That Pamela Jo Bondi, Attorney General of the United States, is impeached for high crimes and misdemeanors, and the following articles of impeachment be exhibited to the United States Senate:
ARTICLE I: Willful Violation of Constitutional Rights
In her capacity as Attorney General, Pamela Jo Bondi has willfully failed to protect the constitutional rights of United States citizens. On or about April 17, 2025, she permitted U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) to detain Juan Carlos Lopez-Gomez, a United States citizen, in defiance of a state court ruling that found no probable cause for detention and verified his legal status.
Attorney General Bondi did not intervene, investigate, or direct ICE to comply with the court order, thereby enabling the unlawful detention of a citizen and undermining the constitutional protections of due process and equal protection under the law, as guaranteed by the Fifth and Fourteenth Amendments.
This constitutes a high crime and misdemeanor.
ARTICLE II: Obstruction of Justice and Contempt for Judicial Authority
Attorney General Bondi has repeatedly demonstrated disregard for the independence and authority of the judiciary. In the matter of Kilmar Ábrego García, a lawful U.S. resident wrongfully deported under a blocked policy, she publicly refused to comply with a judicial order for his return and supported ICE's refusal to release him.
Her actions obstructed enforcement of a court order, set a dangerous precedent of executive branch defiance, and encouraged a culture of lawlessness within federal law enforcement agencies.
This constitutes a high crime and misdemeanor.
ARTICLE III: Abuse of Power for Political Retaliation
Pamela Jo Bondi has weaponized the Department of Justice to pursue political opponents and shield political allies. Following the civil conviction of Donald J. Trump in a fraud case prosecuted by New York Attorney General Letitia James, Bondi’s Justice Department launched a retaliatory criminal investigation into James.
This use of federal power for political reprisal violates norms of impartial justice, undermines the integrity of the Department of Justice, and constitutes an abuse of power in direct violation of her oath of office.
This constitutes a high crime and misdemeanor.
ARTICLE IV: Breach of Ethics and Conflict of Interest
Pamela Jo Bondi has failed to disclose the full extent of her lobbying and consulting work for foreign governments and private prison companies prior to her appointment. Her continued support for expanded detention measures by ICE and DOJ contracts with for-profit prisons raise serious questions about conflicts of interest and improper influence on federal law enforcement policy.
This constitutes gross misconduct and a breach of public trust, amounting to a high crime and misdemeanor.
ARTICLE V: Dereliction of Duty in Matters of National Security
Pamela Jo Bondi has dismantled critical national security infrastructure, including the FBI’s Foreign Influence Task Force and DOJ’s Task Force KleptoCapture. These actions have left the United States more vulnerable to foreign interference and economic exploitation by oligarchic regimes and criminal syndicates, undermining the Justice Department’s ability to safeguard the nation.
This reckless disregard for national security responsibilities constitutes a high crime and misdemeanor.
Therefore, Pamela Jo Bondi, by such conduct, warrants impeachment and trial, removal from office, and disqualification to hold and enjoy any office of honor, trust, or profit under the United States.
This might be one way to get her out, but another might be to file complaints with the Board of Bar Overseers wherever she’s licensed. If all of her bar licenses are suspended or if she’s disbarred as a result of flagrant rules and ethics violations, she’d no longer be able to be the Attorney General. The BBO’s have been standing up to the regime more than the big firms.
For the record I have sent the Articles of Impeachment to our current House Rep Nathaniel Moran, 1st District Texas. BTW Moran is a Republican but it's always interesting, especially since Trump 2.0, to see how they respond to even a modicum of pushback. I'll keep you posted.
