I have been calling this career criminal a pedophile, fraud and a fascist for over a decade.

A TRUE patriot

People not too long ago would try to mock you for believing that and using the word fascism. No one in their right mind shoukd be doing that now. If they do, they deserve only this in response:🖕

I am 100% not afraid to call that pedo-felon a fascist.

He's not only a fascist, he's a traitor!

For those of us whose lives have traveled in or from fascism (including those whose entire lineage in what became the United States began in the fascism of human enslavement), lessons for educating a society reliant on whitewashed creation myths include skills common in GOTV "deep canvassing," where timing of introducing new labels depends on the learned skill of "reading the room" - understanding at what point an audience is ready - in this case, to call a fascist a fascist. Fortunately, fascism can be identified by a well-understood combination of circumstances, behaviors and exploits, all of which are that more easily identifiable here in T2 than they were during T1. As is always the case, today's has overreached so far that the vast majority of Americans are willing to call Baby a Baby. #NoKings 3/28

Thanks Hauserplenty…that slogan is my March protest sign!

Wow, you always make me grin when you insert 🧨 funny (but witty) jabs…

Terrific writing and solid information and warning. Thank you.

In one way they’re not even fascist.

I mean to say they OFC rise to the level of evil and exhibit most of the hallmarks of fascism but the madness of the death of Stalin was at the end and not 14 months in.

And such isn’t only about his health and age, they’re simply too bonkers, stupid and corrupt to have the initial popularity and logistical successes that they need to consolidate.

Really, it’s one of the only things that gives us a chance since they likely won’t leave power peacefully and are more dangerous by the day.

I don’t understand - what do you mean by “OFC?” I admit I’m confused by your statement.

Noel Keith's avatar

OFC means ‘of fucking course’

Please look up common text acronyms and learn them instead since Google is a real thing as well.

Respectfully, google - particularly the AI-infused version - is well- known for errors and self-serving omissions.

More importantly, messenging is the responsibility of the messenger. If we want our work to be understood, we'll make it easily understandable, pioritizing clarity over convenience.

BTW, "OFC" remains an extremely rare use in social media, as is "of fucking course." Just saying.

Noel is showing symptoms of being a self-important jerk.

Noel Keith's avatar

All you got for me is a personal attack, huh?

Eat a bag of 🍆

You are a moron defending an ignoramus

Noel Keith's avatar

The non AI version could easily be used to do as I say.

You’re just being contrary, you stupid asshole.

Cathy 98280's avatar

Thank you for so kindly telling me what OFC means and sharing that Google can explain stuff to me. Who knew? 🤪

Noel Keith's avatar

Not my fault you’re an idiot wasting my time

Of course we also have ableism in addition to personal attacks, you’re just like a MAGAT

You're so right about this. It's the FEAR of the REALITY of Trump's NAZI instincts and actions--which has been staring us in the face for a long time. So, better to make panicky, outraged accusations of "treason" than face the truth.

Saying the obvious truth out loud--making the obvious historical comparisons--is condemned as "extremism" or "defeatism, and, of course, "anti-Americanism."

Father Coughlin, Lindberg, Henry Ford, Nixon, McCarthy, et. al.---Now we have Stephen Miller and his morally vacant horde of zombies... As you point out, the pattern, in the USA and all over the world, is ALWAYS the same; the particularly American addition to this historical repetition are clicks, views and ratings (and the money brought in).

When you--for whatever combination of reasons--choose a shark to be your leader, then you have to prepare to be its next meal...

"The evidence is clear. The hesitation is political." ⬅️The evidence shows that many who voted for Trump did so because of the white supremacist politics he openly displayed — something the Republican base responded to. Trump didn’t push the vile racist birther conspiracy against President Obama for nothing; it was a signal, and the base answered it.

Those voters weren’t drawn to Trump because of fascism. They were drawn to the wedge issue that has defined the modern GOP for two generations: anti-Black racism above all.

The hesitation — then and now — is the politics of racist denial.

Have been holding back from asking some MAGA family members: “So, tell me, when exactly did you become a misogynistic fascist? Was it before or after Covid hit? Maybe when SCOTUS became a kangaroo court? Or when Roe was overturned? Perhaps as far back as Epstein’s demise? I mean it’s not as though they’ve been subtle about anything.

Thank you for so explicitly speaking the truth”obvious” truth. But are you speaking only to the choir? Or do you have a platform somewhere where you can speak loudly and unavoidably to the cowed and ignorant?
