If there were work to manufacture Epstein File evidence - it would have to be very carefully orchestrated throughout both departments.
2) If/when manufactured files are presented forth, there's gonna be several someones among those civil servants who will not be okay with falsehoods. They will have seen the actual, original content. And we would have a whistleblower moment.
