Even if we get him back, even if we get any of the people back it's as if our government has already murdered them because they will never be the same after that torture their lives will never be the same they will never be able to pick up and move forward. Not in any kind of way without the scars of the trauma of the worst hell hole in the world. In effect our government has murdered this young man and these other people.

Courts need to start using their power to incarcerate those administrators and their lawyers who violate the law. Criminal contempt of court is a real thing. Read how it can be done: https://TheLegalEdition.substack.com/p/held-in-contemptcourts-can-summon

It's kidnapping, pure and simple. The ICE agents responsible, the politicians who sanctioned this conspiracy to kidnap, and Trump and all the Project 2025 crew deserve a very long spell in the slammer.

Here they would have it cushy compared to the torture bloc in El Salvador. Maybe we can pay for their stay in that place?👹

Absolutely horrible. The worst part is, this isn't the exception. There are so many cases like this. These are crimes against humanity. Period.

This regime abducts and deports hardworking, innocent Black and Brown people with no criminal history, and slanders them with unfounded claims of criminality. It also releases over a thousand convicted criminal insurrectionists, many of them with priors including menacing, rape, sexual assault, child sexual assault and more. Neither thing makes this country better or safer.

I feel so helpless, I feel sick to my stomach! How can this happen? Here in America? All I know is that my compasion is not enough and the collective "we" are in danger.

This must stop! Ultimately, everyone directly involved should be arrested and criminally tried. I fear that, as a practical matter, responsibility and blame will fall on The System, and the individuals involved in these heinous decisions and actions will walk smugly free. Their smugness truly ought to become personal shame.

They are incapable of shame or they wouldn’t be able to do what they are doing. 👹

Those of us who know about 11/9/39 and who don’t deny that Krystalnacht occurred do not forget. They may deny it, but those who voted for Putin’s Puppet would also have voted for Hitler! His argument that he was the one to fix their world is the same “I alone can fix this”

argument that the current occupant of the Oval Office used to convince his followers to vote for him.

Articles of Impeachment have been filed. Please email or call your representatives in the House and Senate to express your support.

As someone with ptsd I agree with you. It has done a number on my life and what I went through, in my opinion, doesn't compare to what these men are going through. I lose sleep over these men and the babies that were "deported." And the family whose home was searched without cause while the daughters stood outside in their underwear all of it is just so cruel.

See the reply to the post above. So Eloisa we are both on the list for eventual removal! Stand proud!
