How is it possible that a nation of highly educated people and brilliant minds have been reduced to this abomination. I’m 77 and I of the opinion that we are and have been since slavery a seriously divided nation. It has more to do with concessions made after the civil war. The battle has never ended. Now we get even by jailing black men instead of offering job opportunities, assassinating their leaders and depravities such as allowing men and women who fought our wars to live in the streets. We are no better than the citizens we allow to suffer after making the sacrifices for us. What depravity. This may be the disruption we need to make a change. We will overcome and make corrections in our immoral behaviors. Maybe not all of us but the people we are meeting now in our peaceful resistance, they will be the backbone of change. I want that for my children and grandchildren. Resist
