I have no problem owning the fact that I'm an intelligent and perceptive person - I was born with the capabilities, and raised to employ them. What I see around me these days mortifies me to my core - I see SO many of my fellow Americans seemingly oblivious or lost in a fog of denial that real, true, and undistilled EVIL is treading its heavy footfalls across the USA from coast to coast and border to border. There are MANY - THOUSANDS - of men and women with EVIL and malignant intent consciously WRECKING the United States of America that we all grew up in, seeking to demolish our birthright and install a regime of fear, violence, bigotry and corruption that they are certain they will feel more comfortable and welcome in than a nation based on the rule of law, free and fair elections, and equal rights for all. What they think will usher in an era wherein their endless grievances are rectified - because their values are perversions of actual values - is flat-out guaranteed be an era of horrors for the rest of us - an era wherein our rights are stripped away, our freedoms and agency become things of the past, and our security and aspirations are merely cruel jokes. This is not something "over-reacting" people are imagining - this is something that is ALREADY unspooling in real time - real people are being disappeared in broad daylight, spirited off to undisclosed locations without an ATOM of due process or enumerated charges - and the PRESIDENT OF THE USA - IN THE OVAL OFFICE openly muses on his desire to do that to ANYONE HE SEES FIT TO DO IT TO - which would be anyone who opposes him. This is the hellhounds of EVIL unleashed on our nation - right now - TODAY. MAKE NO MISTAKE - IF YOU AREN'T ONE OF THESE PEOPLE ALREADY - THEY MEAN TO ENSLAVE YOU - FOR YOU TO SPEND THE REST OF YOUR LIFE BENDING YOUR KNEE TO THEM - LIVING IN A DYSTOPIAN NIGHTMARE. YOU WILL HAVE NO FUTURE WORTHY OF THE NAME.

Three - and only three - choices lie before us - leave the USA while one is still able - engage and DEFEAT these misbegotten agents of EVIL - starting NOW - or live as their powerless underlings for the rest of our days, dazed by how quickly all was lost...

To say I am deeply worried is an understatement. Last week I felt compelled to make this chart, a Tyranny Takeover Checklist, to show in a simple way (to both anti- and pro-Trumpers) how close we are to losing our Democracy. Then I had to UPDATE it with #14: "Utilizing extrajudicial imprisonment." Can’t believe I’m writing that. In America.

“People like CNN want foreign terrorists in the country who kidnap women and children.”

He would rather ICE do that.

It’s so horrible and un-American. I am sick to my stomach by all of this and so sad for this young man.

I watched most of that meeting, but I admit that I couldn't finish it. I was literally nauseous at the cruelty and outright f'ing lies. Every one that spoke spewed bs, from the Presidents of both countries all the way down to bimbo Bondi, rancid Rubio, and that vile POS Miller. Disgusting!

Maybe when ICE/Gestapo agents start disappearing lawmakers and members of the judiciary then we may see an attempt at some kind of action but by then it may well be way too late.

How far does this have to go, Jack, before it is REALLY too late? When they arrest you and send you to El Salvador? Trump is just behaving like any other US corporation has, over the past 40 or 50 years: transfer operations to countries where labour costs $2/hour instead of $35....where business doesn't have to worry about irritants like labour unions, health and safety regulations, healthcare benefits, pension plans......and really pesky things like human rights and laws. And once these deportees are out of the country, who the hell cares how they're treated? If Salvadorean prisons are hell-holes, that's on them, not on the good 'ole USA.

For El Salvador this is better than slave labor, they are being paid by the US government to hold these people but why not use them for free labor to fix and build roads and bridges, how about picking their crops or building new houses or better yet more prisons?

Aside from millions of outraged Americans, the only ones angry at Trump's actions are the investors in private prisons in the US, watching all that "raw material" being "renditioned" to El Salvador. Their response, of course, will be to invest in El Salvadorean prisons......if they haven't already.....or to bribe local officials and build those five more hell-holes Trump has requested.

Before Trump, who in their right mind would have predicted such a rapid descent into insanity in the US? To this Canadian, the stench eminating from our neighbour to the south is overpowering.

Can the administration be charged with kidnapping? It seems f47 can’t be impeached, and his cronies just want to worship the ring, but kidnapping seems a valid charge and wouldn’t Barbie’s bondi and noem, along with rubio and miller all be complicit in this?

Would be great if donny could be charged as well, but with all his other felony convictions, and him still free to be the devil incarnate, I doubt that’ll happen.

Hopefully the some of the senators do go over and check on all of the prisoners. I don’t hold much hope that they’ll lay eyes on Kilmar Garcia sadly.

God, I hope they aren't walking into another Rep. Leo Ryan situation. I know it sounds paranoid, far-fetched, and over the top but...𝘌𝘝𝘌𝘙𝘠𝘛𝘏𝘐𝘕𝘎 this administration and its goose-stepping goons have done so far doesn't make me feel like it couldn't happen.

I do not think this is paranoid thinking at all. Or at least, if it is, you are not alone.

Well-said. There is no way to overstate this situation’s many facets of illegality and inhumanity. I’m proud of the Congress members going there.

In a letter sent to my congressman.

Representative Walberg.

If Kilmar Abrego Garcia is accused of a crime, fine... bring him before a judge. That is how justice works in a nation governed by the rule of law. If found guilty, the court will determine the appropriate punishment. But to simply place him, or anyone else, on a plane to a foreign gulag without due process is not only a violation of the Fifth and Fourteenth Amendments to the Constitution, it is un-American, authoritarian, and the work of a tyrannical regime.

The Supreme Court has affirmed time and again that neither citizens nor non-citizens may be deprived of liberty without a fair hearing. This bedrock principle is the foundation of our democracy.

As my representative, if you stand by and say nothing, you are complicit. If you need me to come by and stand with you, I will. For the love of this once great nation—STAND.

No one can convince me that this dialogue between Bukele and FOTUS was not lifted from Carl Hiassen's most current work in progress. It reads like the over the top dialogue from one of the all time best-worst movies about immigration, Scarface. I'm truly imagining Trump taking the back of one of his tiny bruised hands and brushing it across Bukele's cheek. Trump's got another man crush!

Well it’s all out in the open folks. A reeking sewer. The question is what are we going to DO about it? And by the way, why isn’t there a 24hr resistance presence in front of Miller’s home/office/favorite bar etc. “The whole world is watching” we used to chant. Make it a reality!

It never was about immigration they always wanted to pick the kind of citizens they wanted more of and choose which to get rid of.
