Oh My Lanta!!! Perhaps one of the ONLY things I can think of that is extra delish about approaching my 7th (circle of hell?) decade on this spinning ball of mud is find memories of Max HHHHeadroom! Thanx for the laughs, the trip down memory lane and the brilliant satire!
I loved the old Max Headroom which is older than most of the people today. I certainly don’t recall a vicious Max but he certainly has nailed the new religionists perfectly.
Mere words can barely express my deep joy at having found and subscribed to CttE. The writing is brilliant. I laugh heartily while simultaneously getting apoplectic at the state of our country. One other thing, I hope it's not against the rules: Kat Abughazaleh (Illinois, not sure of the district) running for Congress, please donate to her campaign. I'm in Florida but understand the necessity of supporting good candidates in other states.
Making it hard or impossible for kids to be vaccinated against measles or other infectious diseases——so anti-real caring behavior — maggot-like — worse than that—MAGAte behavior.
