So hard to read. Turning around American Fascism is our human destiny.

Yes. It feels so hard to give a like to reports of such tragedy.

What I would like to know is this. Would it help if we had the address of where he is being held, who is in charge and even an email address so we can write letters of protest? Just knowing he'd being held isn't very active. The same could be said for other "prisoners" around the country.

Freedom of Speech and the right to gather in redress of government is a right for a minority in the USA as it has always been since inception. White men. Now it is limited to white men who support project 2025 and defend Tempertantrump. It is a new perception for all whites who have not previously been affected by this prejudice. Now all race, religion, sex orientation, age, disability can experience true prejudice and privilege.

I appreciate the stories you share so much. They're not always the big, flashy stories that make it on the news, but each person matters. Each time our country does this, it is a travesty that should be known. We are accountable if we sit and do nothing.

What can we do to stop this lunacy? How is the evil side winning in this battle? People are actually made to disappear, with no recourse or help from the "law" (HA!). Phone calls and emails to representatives seem so lame in comparison to the fascism we're facing. Very disheartening.

I find myself in tears. How can this be happening? Was this country never moral?

Intermittently moral. You may recall that a ship full of refugees was turned around and directed to return them to Hitler. I am sure you can think of more recent events that reveal the "deep moral underpinnings" of this country. And many older events. All those death marches of Native Americans, for instance. The Oklahoma massacre. Emmett Till.

So much evil has come to the forefront from a country that ‘claims’ to be founded on ‘Christian’ principles. How much more will this country tolerate? It is fast becoming a hell on earth run by an organization that feeds on greed and evil. Elected officials took an oath to the Constitution to protect this country. Now is the time to stand up and be counted knowing the FBI and AG are a part of the problem. A band of brothers and sisters is needed now more than ever.
