This fucking brilliant! You (whoever you are) have reached down to very bottom of what's fundamentally wrong with AI.-- and done it with a kind of controlled passion in a superbly articulate way. Thanks for this--I've never heard the AI problem stated better. The whole world should read it.
You can replace human beings, but you can't truly duplicate them--with all their faults. Sometimes I think it's the struggle to arrive at the truth (which struggle only applies to humans), not just the "truth" itself that is the real difference between humans and the machines that are programmed to "imitate" them.
😳👏👏👏Utterly brilliant, true & fun, and most of all: terrifying! I've been involved in the world of tech since the '60's during "time sharing in a mainframe" time. My role was to print out 'X & 'O "Snoopies". Anyway, I'll cut to the chase and will describe my own dismal experiences with AI and bots another time. Suffice it to say right now that the most important thing I ever learned about AI, Bots, tech, programming, etc. is GIGO: Garbage In Garbage Out and so politics, world views, competency, sloppiness, bias, etc. matters.
🥺😳Uh oh: what I was writing "took off" before I finished. Not a good omen. Anyway, I'll cut to the chase and will describe my own dismal experiences with AI and bots another time. Suffice it to say right now that the most important thing I ever learned about AI, Bots, tech, programming, etc. is GIGO: Garbage In Garbage Out and so politics, world views, competency, sloppiness, bias, etc. matters.
It is brilliant, and to me it sounds like all the former humans who now inhabit the new American regime have been replaced by AI machines. Remember "The Stepford Wives?"
Eye opening, I see law suits ensuing against the creators. That is where the fault lies; a faulty product, And now, with our open eyes, any company that still depends on it, really, for anything. Well done Tim Russert and Meet the Press
This gave me chills! How incredibly irresponsible and unethical these systems are. The makers who made these AI systems knowing this would influence the outcome of our country in a harmful way.
Oh that is sadder and scarier than funny. I'm not surprised to learn all this about AI but it most depressing. The world is less good than it was before.
This is absolute brilliance. Well done. A must read for those who can read.

Pitch perfect. Love the added touch with the medical ads!

Excellent read, Cliff!

Bone chilling. Did Stephen King write this????
So AI has approached singularity and really IS human!
I SO miss this man 😢

Well done! Good story as well as a frightening point. 👹
