Actually, we aren’t doing nearly enough. Not enough protests, not enough phone calls. No one is at the Everglades. No one is outside the Dept of Homeland Security in DC. We aren’t loud enough, we aren’t taking the bold measures to hold the corporations to account.

You know what we’re doing enough of? Talking and complaining. I’m guilty of talking and complaining too much too and I'm not doing enough but I’m not sure where to start.

Speak for yourself! I call our senators and reps regularly and protest twice a week with a good crowd. We write editorials and engage in detailed debate on various platforms to spread awareness (for instance offering links to electiontruthalliance.org ‘s extensive data analyses on ‘24 tabulator manipulation in swing state districts as well as links to problems with the systems’ maintenance ( This will Hold , and Dissent in Bloom have posted extensive research on Substack). Suppression is bad enough, but remote data manipulation is something no amount of candidate fine-tuning can outrun. We need some audits NOW.

Adam I agree with you 💯 %. I've been saying the same for awhile and feel if we would have taken the reigns early, we wouldn't be where we are. We knew who he was, we knew about P2025 and yet all we did is alot of doom scrolling. We are paying the price for not doing enough. SAD

This is one of my all time favorites of mine

GOD BLESS THE GRASS by Malvina Reynolds

God bless the grass that grows thru the crack

They roll the concrete over it to try and keep it back

The concrete gets tired of what it has to do

It breaks and it buckles and the grass grows thru

And God bless the grass

God bless the truth that fights toward the sun

They roll the lies over it and think that it is done

It moves through the ground and reaches for the air

And after a while it is growing everywhere

And God bless the grass

God bless the grass that grows through cement

It's green and it's tender and it's easily bent

But after a while it lifts up its head

For the grass is living and the stone is dead

And God bless the grass

God bless the grass that's gentle and low

Its roots they are deep and its will is to grow

And God bless the truth, the friend of the poor

And the wild grass growing at the poor man's door

And God bless the grass

I just listened to "It isn't nice", and I must admit to NOT being a lover of cowshit kucking music, but.... its so catchy!! Now I have an earworm.

What a cool song. Sad that it's still apropos, but glad we have it. Music has power.
