These qualify to be seen as someone who has lost his right to live in society due to the threat they pose on human beings and the crimes against humanity being committed through the ICE activities which he and Noem lead.
He needs to be arrested for his crimes against humanity and incarcerated whilst awaiting trial.

Homan makes him feel strong and confident so he rewards him with a position that allows Homan to do all the vile things he dreams about. Now Homan feels confident and empowered by having the president’s support. I do believe Homan is the most vile man alive.
I don't know about the most vile. He's up against felon47 & Stephen Miller, after all; not to mention Kruel Kristi Noem. And when you add in all the American Fascist Party, there's a lot of competition. And I forgot our American Gestapo. LOTS of competition.
