WE’RE DONE WAITING FOR HEROES. IT’S TIME TO BACK THE ONES ALREADY HERE.
Congress is rotting from the inside out, and the smell has finally reached the rest of us. Decades-old incumbents sit welded to their seats like they’re part of the furniture, sucking down lobbyist money while the country burns around them. These people don’t lead. They don’t listen. They don’t fight. They survive — by inertia, by donor cash, by districts too exhausted to remember they deserve better. Meanwhile the rest of us are left holding the bag, wondering how the hell a government “of the people” turned into an exclusive retirement home for cowards and careerists. Enough.
Closer to the Edge was never launched to admire the problem. We’re here to tear the mask off it. And the truth is simple: if we want a Congress that works for human beings instead of corporations, billionaires, extremists, and political cosplayers, then we need fresh blood, new voices, and candidates who still remember what a conscience feels like. Not polished mannequins trained by consultants. Not party pets. Not dynasty babies. Real damn people — working-class humans with spines, empathy, fire, and zero interest in kissing rings for a committee seat. The kind of candidates who don’t walk into Washington asking for permission. The kind who walk in ready to rip out the rot.
So here’s what we’re doing: we’re throwing our weight behind a slate of people who already stepped up. They’re not waiting for a party blessing. They’re not running for access or status. They’re running because they’re sick of watching their communities get hollowed out by politicians who haven’t told the truth in twenty years. They’ve lived the consequences of bad policy. They’re grounded in service, not ambition. They’re powered by their neighbors, not by corporate treasuries. And we’re giving them what the establishment hates most: attention, momentum, and a platform that refuses to bow to anyone.
Because here’s the truth nobody in power wants said out loud: they are not inevitable. Incumbents fall. Machines crack. Seats turn. Entire dynasties collapse when ordinary people decide they’re done settling for the same dead-end future. We’re at that threshold again — the place where courage outruns cynicism, where hope stops being theoretical, and where the country’s direction shifts because voters stop sleepwalking and start choosing someone who actually gives a damn. We know it’s possible. And deep down, you know it too.
So take this as a signal flare. A rally point. A shot across the bow of the political class. We’re not inventing a new generation of leaders — we’re amplifying the ones who had the guts to step forward. And if we keep pushing, if we stay relentless, if we don’t blink, these next few months won’t just be another news cycle. They’ll mark the beginning of a shift the establishment never saw coming.
Fresh faces. New fire. No fear.
Let’s go.

Perhaps it's time for former presidents and vice presidents to step out of the shadows and demand a end to this illegality and cruelty, and the Constitution being torn to shreds. Someone with influence has to make a start before America dies.
I love it!
