I’d contact the National Lawyer’s Guild. They do a lot of work with protesters.

I am willing to help, but I can’t find a location to sign up/in. I live in FL (retired) but I am a member of the MI bar. I may be able to convince MI lawyer friends to join IF there were more details. Lawyers Iive by details.

Habba. Bondi. Both need to lose license. Forget impeachment.

Hmm. The only attorneys I know who are not yet involved are people I don't like.

Non-lawyers can be super useful! Especially if you go through the National Lawyers Guild Legal Observer training. Absent any other recommendations here, I strongly suggest that attorneys and paralegals sign up with the National Lawyers Guild to provide representation and support for protesters. If you can afford it, become a member and/or donate. Learn more at nlg.org.

If we find attorneys who are down, should we have them contact someone specific? Is there a sign up? Thx!

Do you need registered Demonstration observers? Observers that are trained to observe the police?

So, here's the truth. Lawyers will be a haven most protestors wont be able to access. Der Furer wants blood in the streets, has asked for it on multiple occasions. His birthday present to him will be scrolling through footage of his goons curbstomping protestors. This isn't the urbane "oops, i lost an eye" protest of 2020. Americans allowed a sadist to take office and do what is obvious to anyone with pattern recognition skills. He will be Premier and refuse to leave, as he openly says. Believe him. He also is confused as to why thr tanks stopped at the man in Tieneman Square. His orders will be to keep them rolling. I doubt American protestors are ready for this considering so many refused to vote this sadist out of office, they think he is just another weirdo. That is a mistake they can spend their life regretting as the federal cybertruck rolls over them. The whole "White Shield" of 2020 wont work either bc they are seen a "race traitors" by his kind and they wont stop the tanks or bullets. Reread his pledge of loyalty and that EO requiring police brutality from a few weeks back. It will get ugly before it gets worse and at this point it looks like junta will be our only hope.

Not at all. Just dont wander into this new world with the misguided belief that your ststus as an American citizen or a WytMurikan will protect you from bodily harm or death. Last time a handful of protestors lost eyes to rubber bullets and some concussions, a 12yr old girl was curbstomped by Eugene cops on video and she was blonde... but no. All too many "activists" showed they fail to grok what we elected when they sat on their hands and said "I literally cannot tell the difference between 45 and Kamala". Welp, that is going to change. And I am not a fan of Kamala nor the DNC but I recognize that they would have been forced to tolerate protests bc of their messaging. That is everything. Here we have a proto-dictator whose biggest wet dream is to shoot someone in daylight in the middle of the street. We earned this presidency *by doing nothing* and now we will bleed. Act accordingly.
