WE WELCOME CONGRESS BACK TO WASHINGTON D.C.

Cliff Cash, a leading organizer with Flare USA — the 24/7 protest encampment outside Union Station in Washington, D.C. — appeared on the Lights On with Jessica Denson livestream with a few friends to promote what he called the movement’s most aggressive action yet. Speaking alongside fellow activists, Cash explained why they’ve chosen September 2 for a large-scale protest targeting Congress, framing the date as lawmakers’ return to the Capitol after “fleeing” to avoid the Jeffrey Epstein scandal.

"And I'd like to just clarify and stress to people watching at home because I'm in all these signal chats and they're all blowing up while uh while watching us. Specifically, the reason we chose September the 2nd is because Congress fled DC to escape the Epstein issue and they come back to office on September 2nd. So, we want to uh invite them — we want to welcome them back to DC with the the biggest and most in-your-face Epstein optics that they wouldn't have imagined in their worst nightmares.

We're going to send people into congressional offices — this is something we do on a regular basis. Flare does it every Monday. Jessica and Carlos and I have led groups of 200 or more into Congress multiple times. We're going to send hundreds — plural — into all the congressional buildings to talk to the GOP members and say, "Hey, here's some photos of Jeffrey Epstein hanging out together with Trump. Here's a quote where Trump said he was a great guy and he liked young girls. Here's a quote where Epstein called him his best friend for 10 years. Oh, here's a court document where they're co-defendants together on a child rape case."

And we're going to put these optics in the faces of these MAGA cult clowns and let them know not only did you not escape it, you're never going to escape it… For MAGA — because they've pretended so diligently to care about children — now it's going to be a little hard for them to back up on that. Some will try. Well, and this is because this is the kryptonite and this is the fire. We have to keep putting fuel on it. And that's what 9/2 is about. If you want to protest in DC, we want people there now because he's doing what he's doing — he's bringing in a thousand or 2,000 National Guardsmen — and the people of this country need to go, "Oh, cool. You have a thousand National Guardsmen. Here's a million citizens." Exactly. Because it's optics. The whole world needs to see that."
